Refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on the written terms presented with the student’s payment request and enrollment confirmation.

Before payment

Review the course, fee, schedule, and access terms before using a Square or PayPal payment link.

Refund requests

Send the student name, course, payment reference, date, and reason to admissions@selectlogistics.org. The academy will review the request against the enrollment terms provided at purchase.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Provider processing times may vary.
